Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Renée.
I’m the founder of Embodied Collective, home to Embodied Co. Yoga Academy and Maiden Mama. Here you will find I blend yoga, science with soul, and mix in a whole lot of lived experience to train teachers, guide mothers, and help people feel truly at home in their bodies.

I started my yoga journey into teaching with Renée as fellow students and finished with Renee as my teacher.
